In July of 2011 I graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen with a first class honours in law. I am currently studying, but about to complete, the Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.
Whilst I have a keen interest and am competent in many areas of the law I take a special interest in public administration areas and employment law. As part of my honours year I wrote a dissertation entitled "Minimum Alcohol Pricing in Scotland: Is it legal?". This considered the legal and practical relationship between Scotland, the UK and the EU before considering the legality of the SNP Government's minimum alchol pricing plans.
